A prayer a day and plenty smiles.

During these tough times, I sometimes sit alone with a smile. All seems well from the outside and I am pretty sure that not even an MRI could detect what the heart and soul feel. I admire those who are good at resolving their differences with a nod or smile, it is quite simple but effective. Many of us live our lives through severe pain without letting loved ones know what we are feeling. If you are nodding right now it is probably because you feel the same way also and perhaps have had some similar experience. It's that inner strength right! Perhaps it's because people today have no time for your problems. This world is quickly speeding by with a different issue to deal with every day.

How can anyone care what your problems are?

I have been blessed with good friends along the way and I sometimes take a moment to let them know how much I appreciate them. Trust me, you can do the same also and a load lifts from off you. The emphasis is no longer on you and at that moment by you letting someone know how much you appreciate them (the unseen heart flutters with share joy and rich nutrients).

As I sometimes pass the Soccer Center I can't help but remember the talented one who recently left us, way too early. It's one of those times when I often sit alone with a smile knowing how grateful I am to meet some of these persons who entered my life and are no longer with us. I was reminded today, by a guy I recently met, to pray. His words were simple but very effective and strong. He simply said "my friend do you pray? It works ya know".

As I get ready for the next day I give thanks to having been through another day and I wish all my friends some accomplishments to their daily tasks.
